The services we offer are structured in three Tiers:

On-Set
We provide a variety of on-set services, delivering everything necessary to make sure all shots have all their needed assets
Our experience VFX supervisors will be on set to ensure that everything is correctly and efficiently, and to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
In our on-Set division we take pride in offering a wide range of on-set services, making sure the delivery of everything necessary to take your shots to the next level.
1. Our expert team provides dedicated VFX supervision during shootings: By being present on set, we ensure that the visual effects seamlessly blend with the live footage, resulting in a cohesive and realistic end product.
2. VFX Data Capture: We take charge of all your VFX data capture requirements. This includes capturing High Dynamic Range Images (HDRIs), using MacBeth charts for color accuracy, as well as employing cutting-edge photogrammetry techniques. By meticulously gathering this data, we can enhance the quality and accuracy of our VFX work.
3. Customizable Data Capture Solutions: We can additionally facilitate various supplementary data capture services upon request. This includes utilizing drones for aerial footage or employing Lidar technology for detailed environmental scanning. Our flexible approach allows us to adapt and provide tailored solutions based on your specific project needs.
On-Set + Production Management
Our team takes care of all the VFX needs of a show and acts as the primary liaison between the production and the VFX vendors. We work closely with the project's post-production team and become a de facto VFX management team that is integrated into the production team. The services provided in this tier include:

Objective VFX Budgeting: We work with the studio creatives, production, and finance teams during the development and pre-production stages to analyze scripts, develop VFX breakdowns and budgets, and plan for production and post-production. Our VFX management experience allows us to provide recommendations and feedback on the scope of work and feasibility.

VFX Vendor Selection and Management: Based on the production's guidelines, we handle the assignment of visual effects work to various vendors, negotiate costs and schedules, and ensure efficient division of work.

VFX Production Management and Reporting: Our teams manage the progress of VFX delivery and track cost reports. We collaborate closely with different VFX vendors to anticipate and troubleshoot any schedule and budget issues. We also have experience with VFX tax incentives and rebates and can incorporate them into our management approach.

Asset and Deliveries Management: We take responsibility for collecting, quality-checking, and delivering all the required VFX files and assets (Legacy assets service).
On-Set + Production Management + VFX Supervision
In addition to the On Set Supervision and Production Management services, our team is able to provide VFX Supervision and Asset Management throughout the production, for a full service VFX Management.

VFX Supervision and Creative Review Management: In addition to On Set Supervision and Production Management services, our VFX supervisors work closely with the director and creative teams to provide VFX supervision, conduct creative briefings and kickoffs, and oversee review and approval processes. They collect versions from the vendors, present them to the creatives, and facilitate feedback collection and distribution. In addition, we would take take care of the Digital Asset Management, Quality Control and Archival.

4. Asset and Deliveries Management: We take responsibility for collecting, quality-checking, and delivering all the required VFX files and assets:
a) By carefully gathering and processing all the data produced by the vfx studios, we can “future-proof” the material created for your production, ensuring that future seasons/films do not require to spend a significant part of the budget and time in development. Your data/assets/FXs will be there ready for you
b) We can provide Online or local storage of your data.
Our Cloud Storage solutions will make all your data available to any VFX facility around the world at any time, dramatically cutting down production down-time.
If local storage is the option that better suits you, our team will provide you with all your data in the storage solution that fits all your requirements at your location.
